Football player and national ATM, Aidil Zafuan yesterday had withdrawn a divorce with his wife, popular actress, Rita Rudaini.

In a statement quoted by The Star newspaper reports today, the real name is Mohamad Eid Eid Zafuan Abd Razak when met outside the Kuala Lumpur Syariah Subordinate Court, says he still loves and wants to return Rita with Rita and the kids.

Judge Wan Muhammad Wan Mahyuddin permit application Eid, 25, but ordered the plaintiff to pay costs as a loss of RM250 to Rita, 36, for retracting the case of last minute yesterday, day before mention.

Rita and Eid were married on February 28, 2008 and had two sons of Darkness Rizqin Rayyan, 4, and Darkness Qaqa Arjuna, who is now about a year.

PETALING JAYA – national footballer, Aidil Zafuan Abd. Razak surprise by recalling the case of applications filed for divorce against his wife, actress Rita Rudaini Mokhtar at the Syariah Subordinate Court here yesterday.

The development is completely unexpected by Rita, 36, and his lawyer, Datuk Mohd. Zaidi Md. Zain, because they are informed by counsel Johari Nazib Ahmad Eid is on the application five minutes before the case is called again yesterday afternoon. "It should be proceeding today (yesterday) is a reference to elect representatives of their family members to form a Peace Committee. Rakan media Rotikaya melaporkan prosiding mahkamah di antara Aidil Zafuan & Rita Rudaini telah mencapai jalan penyelesaiannya apabila si suami membatalkan tuntutan penceraian yang difailkan Mahkamah Syariah Petaling Jaya, Selangor sekitar awal April yang lalu.

Pada 30 April, Rita Rudaini telah meminta suaminya supaya memberi alasan kukuh sebab-sebab ingin berpisah sebelum diceraikan semasa prosiding di mahkamah yang sama. Mahkamah kemudiannya menetapkan sebutan kes permohonan cerai itu pada hari ini dengan melantik Jawatankuasa Pendamai yang dianggotai seorang wakil keluarga terdekat kedua-dua pihak.

Keputusannya, Aidil Zafuan membatalkan tuntutan penceraian ini setelah yakin bahawa isterinya masih mahu mengekalkan perkahwinan serta ingin bersama beliau.

"Meminta sebab adalah tanda dia (Rita Rudaini) tidak mahu bercerai & saya tarik balik. Saya juga menuntut dia & anak anak untuk berpindah ke rumah saya di USJ 1 sebagai tanda taat & setia kepada suami," kata Aidil Zafuan.

Selain itu, Aidil Zafuan turut meminta Rita Rudaini agar berpindah ke rumah beliau yang terletak di USJ 1 bersama anak-anak. Beliau memaklumkan bahawa rumah yang disediakan oleh majikan amat selesa untuk diduduki serta sesuai dengan pendapatannya yang diperoleh.
